“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house with pool and yard for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Tea and coffee supplied.
The lounge area has comfortable leather lounge plus large screen 69inch TV, DVD player, surround sound and wifi.
The bedroom has a Queen size comfortable bed with modern ensuite and walk in robe.
The private outdoor area overlooks the pool and garden and is for your exclusive use including the pool, garden, BBQ, lounge, table & chairs.

Summary: What a wonderful stay! Couldn’t ask for better quality throughout the Pool House-it catered for all our needs with a great pool area, very comfortable bed and great kitchen/ living area…..and all so beautifully appointed. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable break from the regular humdrum.

Summary: We came for a short, late autumn break with our dog. The pool looked great but too cold at this time of year especially with heavy rain. It was lovely to find such a nice, well-appointed property which welcomed our pooch. It was an easy and scenic walk to the village and a short drive to the supermarket and eating places. Despite some truely awful weather, we could snuggle down and relax and get out between showers. Highly recommended.
