Located on the second floor, this waterfront apartment captures refreshing sea breezes and offers uninterrupted, elevated views across the water to the iconic twin headlands of Tomaree and Yacaaba.
Inside, the open-plan living area is tastefully furnished in a modern style and includes a smart TV with access to streaming services, along with ceiling fans for added comfort. Step straight out onto the private balcony, where you can unwind with a book on the sun lounge, enjoy outdoor meals at the bar-height table, or fire up the gas BBQ — all while soaking in the spectacular scenery.
The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds, built-in storage, and a ceiling fan to keep things cool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an under-bench oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay.
The bathroom is clean and contemporary with floor-to-ceiling tiles, a bath, a separate shower, and a separate toilet. For added convenience, there’s also an internal laundry with a top-loading washing machine and dryer — perfect for longer stays or beach-filled days.

Summary: The property is well equipped for 2 adults and o young children. There are spectacular views of the bay and you can watch the sunrise from the apartment and a quick walk across the road to Sunrise Beach and you can watch the sunrise - well worth it! The only downside - , there was no internet provided and the smart TV was very nice but I was not able to use it due to no TV reception or internet service.

Summary: Great property with everything you could need. Clean, tidy, tasteful. Wonderful location - quiet, beautiful walks nearby. The only disadvantage was having to return the keys to Port Nelson real estate when we had a long drive home. An extra 30 minutes - it would have been great if we could have left the keys in the apartment for the cleaner to pick up.

Summary: Great location - beautiful view, lovely furniture etc. But no linen or toiletries, and needed to do some cleaning on arrival... outside deck very dirty, perhaps no-one has been there for a while... Also need to go to Nelson Bay to get keys.
