Negative: Would have preferred to park on the property instead of on the street.

Positive: The house itself and property are quite nice. It's very spacious and the outdoor space is perfect with real grass. The location in relation to downtown is very good and you can walk to grocery or restaurants. Beds were comfy and there was a bathroom for every bedroom. We appreciated touches like board games/outdoor games, sound machines in every room, toxic free bathroom products including makeup remover and hygiene products. With more attention to detail this place would be absolutely wonderful to stay at.

Negative: The house was shockingly not cleaned well upon arrival. Surfaces/floors were uncleaned, bathrooms dirty, outdoor furniture stained, etc. I sincerely hope that with my feedback they hire a new cleaning crew because it was unpleasant and caused me to clean on my vacation because they couldn't get someone out to clean again until over 24hrs after check in. Additionally, the communication was difficult at times with the hosts and I would often have to wait a decent amount of time for them to get back to me despite it being timely issues. Lastly, the pool was not heated properly for the first 3 days which unfortunately caused us not to be able to use it despite paying extra for the heating. At the end we did receive a refund for the first night due to the cleanliness issues, but did not receive a refund for the pool heating issue.

Positive: The house is located in a great neighborhood and is very private. It’s nicely furnished and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The outdoor space and pool is beautiful! The property managers were responsive to all of our questions and ensured we had a wonderful time!

Positive: This upscale property is very comfortable and bright. The grounds are expansive, very well maintained and peaceful. I easily found what I needed in the kitchen and pool towels. And let me say, the bed was very comfortable! Shopping and restaurants are close by. Even though the airport is 3-4 miles away, I heard no planes. Maximum restfulness! If you are looking for a well maintained, nicely equipped, updated, comfortable, bright and open property with a large pool and back yard with secure parking, AND very responsive hosts, this is the spot! Great place to just exhale and relax!

Negative: I would have like some kind of window coverings in the kitchen
