Positive: We really liked the secure site and parking outside the apartment. The Point is great for snorkelling right from the shore. The little seawater pool was delightful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Towels and hot water were plentiful and mossy repellents were provided.
Negative: There was some repetititive music noise from the hotel next door on the Friday night only. Payment arrangements from UK and return of deposit a little clunky but we're getting there.
Summary: Great location in well equipped flat on secure estate, with lovely snorkelling directly from shore.

Positive: Love Point V - safe, clean, great beaches, great snorkeling . Owner and staff were excellent-had an issue, was handled quickly and professionally. Enough kitchen equipment and supplies to get you started. Clean linens. Having a washing machine was awesome! Loved that part, could wash our sheets and linens as needed. There were extras available also. Nice clothes drying rack.
Negative: Too close to Royalton -not enough privacy outside. Lots of taxis parked along back patio… Didn’t like ground floor. A larger frig would be nice.

Positive: It was close to all the other resorts… walking distance !! The property was so cute and clean…well kept and has all the amenities you would want it even had a fire extinguisher for crying out loud lol. Which I never seem to notice in other apartments. Working wifi. A/c. The security is great the property owner was easy to keep in contact with and there is a beautiful beach not even two minutes outside the apartment wish I could live here. 5 stars.
Negative: Wasn’t a problem for me at all, but others may want more food options in the area. Kitchen is there to cook however :)
Summary: Can’t wait to stay here again!

Positive: I stayed 5 days. This apartment is in a large complex. Parts of it may be run down - but that didn't matter much - because it had so much other stuff - like rocks pools (which my 2-year-old daughter loved), it's own beach, rocks for snorkeling, a huge pool... Every day we discovered a new area that we loved. And the community is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed - even coffee, oil and salt (so many places don't have the basic, but this place did). Our host was responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Oh and one cool thing - Booby Cay islet it right across the way, so it makes for a very special, beautiful view and sunset. Wish I could live there!
Negative: If you have your own car you are golden. Otherwise you have to walk to main road to get a taxi to get to any restaurant. The apartment is next to Sandals and other big resorts - so not near local joints or markets. However, I guess if you walk along the beach (through a nudist beach - ha ha) you can get to other beach restaurants - but I couldn't walk with my 2-year-old along the beach. Also, "The Point Village" is not signposted on the road, so we passed it driving in. Oops! Look for the "Hedomism II" sign when arriving. It is also on Google Maps.
Summary: Great apartment with all needed for a long stay. Has rock pools, fab beach and pool on property!
