Positive: This no joke…. Everything was perfect! A secure location in a great area, all at an incredible price and value. The beach,one minute walk away, was the best beach for miles around, with easy access to walk past all the resorts to the east. Outside of an all-inclusive resort, we would definitely stay there again and have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Negative: Nothing to not like. Don’t let the third story concern you as the levels are not very high and it’s a super easy walk up wide steps.

Summary: Best value in the midst of expensive resorts!

Positive: Nice quiet property in an excellent ocean front location. Room was well equipped and comfortable, a good value for the money, and the owner was very responsive.

Negative: Clearer instruction as to the building location would have been helpful as the buildings are not clearly marked. Also worth noting, this particular unit would not be ideal for anyone with a disability or mobility issues as it is on the 3rd floor only accessible by stairs.

Positive: The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay.
