Summary: My wife and I had an amazing stay at The Point. The views are awesome and the accommodations excellent. My wife, loves birds, and she had a great time trying to spot all the birds included in the compendium provided by Kathryn and Ron. We highly recommend the property!

Summary: We have never stayed anywhere as beautiful as the point. Catherine was so lovely and helpful and the property looks better than what you see in the photos. Everywhere was spotless and really made us feel at home. We cannot wait to be back

Summary: Loved the location of this property with fantastic sunrises and sunsets. Was hard to move onto Airlie Beach after this & look forward to returning in the future. Enjoyed cooking brekkie and dinner on the BBQ too. Highly recommend for a nice remote stay. Bring some pool floaties with you too.

Summary: Unlike real estate photography where the property usually looks more amazing than it actually is, this stunning studio apartment was as divine if not better than what is demonstrated through the photos. We felt as though we could reach out and touch the pool as the open space cascades out with those windows so sparkling clean we initially didn't realise there were glass windows there! Give me the number of your window cleaner, they are welcome at my house any day ;) Owners were so accommodating & helpful and accommodating our baby boy made it a super special end to our honeymoon because I never could have left home without him! Even though we apparently chose the coldest week of the Whitsundays winter & therefore found the pool too cold for swimming, the 3 of us loved every minute of the toasty spa as we relaxed with a quiet drink, cheese & dips watching the boats sail by. The Netflix dropped in and out a bit but to be honest we weren't there for the television so it did not phase me at all. If you're there for the Netflix you're there for the wrong reasons! Herbal teas, coffee, condiments & bath/beach towels to name a few of the welcoming supplies. If you just want to escape the daily grind and pause to watch the world pass you by, this is definitely your place. Turquoise waters, boats and sea birds aplenty. Mindfulness in the purest and most natural form, thanks so much for hosting our new little family :)

Summary: You are at your private lookout, amazing view of several islands and in between emerald waters. The pool will let you enjoy your stay more. You will be in an exceptional and unforgettable place. Cathi and Ron have thought about everything that you feel at home.

Summary: Quite, secluded and perfectly situation on a headland with uninterrupted and spectacular views of Shute Harbour and nearby Islands. The accommodation was well appointed with all the creature comforts (e.g. extra blankets, music, movies, espresso machine, pantry items etc) required for a relaxing few days. Cathi and Ron were friendly, generous and respectful hosts and provided enjoyable and much appreciated suggestions for day trips, walks and restaurants. Amazingly, they had rebuilt and reappointed within a Month of Cyclone Debbie, just for us!!! Thank you so much! Much of our time was spent relaxing in the spa watching the stunning sunsets and double rainbows with White Belied Sea Eagles and Brahminy Kites soaring overhead. Will definitely return and cannot recommend highly enough.

Summary: A perfect place to unwind and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Whitsundays. Studio is larger than expected with the highlight being the panoramic view, wrap around private deck and infinity pool....and large volume of movies! Booking process was very efficient and responsive and would highly recommend to those who do not need to be in the hub of activity and enjoy self catering, reading and relaxing!
