Summary: We absolutely loved it and getting to see the solar eclipse on our 41st wedding anniversary was the GOAT! Matt is an excellent host and maintains a clean and easy to get to property. Summary: When we booked we were charged a $50 "extra guest" fee when there were only 5 of us. The listing says "for up to 6 guests" and says nothing about extra charges for less than 6. I still booked it though. While the property itself was really great it was rather frustrating to find out after we got there that access to the pool was an extra $50. The pool was the only reason we booked this location. The listing leads you to believe the pool is part of the stay and part of the property. After calling the property manager we were given a complimentary pool pass which was very nice of them. Then we found it the pool was a 10 minute drive away. We got the kids all ready in their suits, covered them in sun screen, and made the drive. When we got there the pool was closed and the property manager has no idea why. The place was great. Very clean, very well stocked, seemed to be brand new actually, and the property manager was incredibly nice. I'm only giving 4 stars for the fact that the listing is misleading.
