Positive: Beautiful courtyard Super good coffee!! Beautiful decor, nice atmosphere, friendly staff

Positive: Main highlight is the peaceful central garden, which gives the guesthouse a very secluded feeling. The staff were also super helpful and nice. The bed was comfortable and softer than usual mattresses in SE Asia. The overall quality of the rooms is high, and tastefully designed/decorated. AC was good. Lots of great suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the town and surrounds. The mostly continental style breakfast was simple but well appreciated.

Negative: The room could benefit from a bedside lamp. Unfortunately the yoga instructor no longer works here, so I was unable to attend any classes. Price is slightly higher than average for the area, but it's appropriate given the good quality.

Positive: Here there is a multi-lingual staff who is very attentive and knowledgeable, even though he is not a local, nor a Thai. Other staff were also with high service-mind. A receptionist was also the technician. He fixes things fast without the need to wait for the Maintenance people.

Negative: Parking spaces are very narrow.

Summary: Definitely going back there but with a smaller car.

Positive: Breakfast is good with fewer options but overall is good. I like the place and it's quite good, with a great atmosphere. And the staff are good at service and lovely smile.

Negative: Overall is good but let me highlight some points. I didn't see a hairdryer in the room which is good to have item especially if I wash my hair during wintry weather.

Summary: It was a wonderful time and a great experience.

Positive: Everything. Cleanliness, comfort, the picturesque decorations, the homely feeling, the simple breakfast, free hot water to drink available all day, great location, the surroundings with trees and plants and above all, it's managed by a group of young, energetic people.

Negative: Nothing. Would stay here again if I ever get the chance to visit again.

Positive: Very comfy. Nice quiet setting. Big Robinsons store close by if you need it. They can arrange renting a motorbike. Young staff try very hard. Warm welcome.

Negative: TV not set up in room. Staff couldn't explain where to get the songthaew to visit the border (Songthaws leave from the junction of Chid-Lom and Buakhoon roads, cost 30B and take about 10 minutes plus waiting time. You are dropped off at the Friendship Bridge). More tables and chairs needed out the front in the social area. Told motorbike rental was 300B for a day but asked for 400B (I only paid 300B). I would stay again.
