Summary: Excellent stay! Very friendly staff and they went way beyond accommodating to make sure we were looked after! Breakfast and lunch available at coffee bar. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind.

Summary: Centrally located. Noisy at times, but within walking distance of several cafes, 7-11 store, big night market. Rooms were OK and kept very clean. Air con, TV, wifi. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. An excellent value. We would come back to this hotel.
