Summary: All staff were helpful and friendly. This was our second visit to the Pheasant Inn and both were very enjoyable with comfortable warm rooms, tasty food at breakfast and dinner and most enjoyable atmosphere in the bar mainly due to all the staff engaging with all customers and their service was exceptional

Summary: Beautiful property in lovely countryside. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities provided. The bar was well stocked and the food lovely, although a little pricey, especially the children’s meal! Breakfast was fab with a great choice and cooked to order so was piping hot on arrival. Went to Kielder winter wonderland so this was an ideal stay as only 10mins drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Friendly staff, unfortunately a small bed (we are 5.9/5.4ft) and neaely fell out turning over several times. Weird clicking noises (relay or a switch) in the wall in early hours was a little annoying.Great food for breakfast and dinner. A beautiful place
