Positive: The Perk Inn exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage is situated in a quiet area and appears to be either new or recently renovated, showcasing a strong attention to detail. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it perfect for a longer stay. The hosts were super responsive to any queries and provided lots of helpful information, both in the comms and in the book provided in the cottage.

Negative: There was nothing not to like! :-)

Positive: It felt extremely homely when you walk in and everything you could need is there for you. The owners have done an amazing job by making it nice and clean before arrival, leaving out a gift basket with some basic necessities. They had cutlery, dishes, pots and pans etc. I was suprised when I used the shower to find that they even left out shampoo/body wash to use aswell! I would 100% stay here again.

Summary: I came here for 3 nights on a work trip and loved every minute of it.

Positive: No matter how much I write here, I'll probably not be doing this exceptional accommodation justice. The location is very handy for Poole. The lodge is set at the end of a large garden, which means it is incredibly quiet. There is plentiful parking on the road outside the property, and access through a secure coded gate and then through the garden was very easy and convenient. I was arriving and returning to the property in the evenings, and it was well-lit. The lodge itself is superb. Spacious living room/kitchen area, good-sized bedroom, and large bathroom. Temperature was spot on with pre-programmed electric radiators (which could be overriden in the unlikely event the temperature wasn't comfortable - instructions were provided how to do this). There is a large, good quality smart TV with a wide range of streaming services and apps, including plenty of free ones plus some paid-for ones you can log into if you have an account. The sofa is very comfortable. There is a dining table which is big enough to use as a desk for a laptop if needed. The secure WiFi was fast, stable, and reliable, which was great for work. The kitchen area was very well appointed, with new and good quality oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is plentiful crockery and untensils too, and these are good quality. Tea towels, cloths, sponges, and washing up liquid were provided. There was a good supply of tea, coffee, and sugar, and despite being self-catering, there was some complimentary fresh milk, fruit juice, and muesli. The bed was really comfortable, and the curtains blocked out the light well. The shower was great, and there was complimentary good quality and sustainable body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash (bathroom and kitchen). Nice big fluffy towels too. The whole place was spotlessly clean and smelt great. There was even an outside table and chairs, which unfortunately I didn't use (because November!

Positive: The Perk inn was so clean and had everything that you could wish for a short stay. You felt like you were in the wilds and was very private. Great location only 15 mins walk into Broadstone where there are quite a few lovely bars. Honestly I can't fault anything, it was perfect.

Positive: The Lodge is in a beautiful area near Bournemouth. Behind the owners' house in the garden there is the wooden lodge. It contains a living-room with a furnished kitchen containing anything you need. There were healthy oats and milk and juice in the fridge for breakfast. Furthermore there is the bedroom and the bathroom. Everything was nicely decorated and clean of course, even outside the house. But what struck us most was Greg's reception. He explained everything to us in a friendly way. We would have liked to stay for another night, but it was already reserved. So whenever we come here again, we will stay with Greg and his family. Thank you for your hospitality!
