3 Bedroom Villa in Diamond Beach

The property boasts 3 bedrooms (1 x King, 1 x Queen, 1 x KS with trundle) plus an open modern kitchen and living space that is tastefully furnished in a modern coastal beach theme.
The main living space has reverse cycle air conditioning and bedrooms are kept cool with ceiling fans. There is a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine as well as an Espresso coffee machine avaliable for guests use.
Entertainment is provided with guest wifi, TV, DVD (plus small selection of movies), chrome cast, Bluetooth portable speaker and board games.
Pack everything in the beach cart and spend the day watching the waves and building sandcastles, and then come home to the large outdoor BBQ deck, hammock retreat and fenced back garden for the kids to play.
Pet Friendly Property (on application) - pets are strictly forbidden on any furniture including lounges or bedding, and pet waste must be cleaned up prior to leaving the property.
Strictly no smoking permitted inside property.

Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our needs, the kitchen was excellent (once I had worked out how to turn the child lock off the stove top), living room and bedrooms were comfortable, and the back yard was suitable for my dog. There were a few cobwebs in the house, which is understandable if there was a reasonable gap since the previous guest and it didn’t bother us. Thank you for letting us stay.

Summary: The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my daughter and I with a great kitchen and the added bonus of supplies in the pantry. We added a few nonperishables to the collection for future guests. Close enough to the beach that you could hear the waves even though you couldn't see them

Summary: Really nice little villa with a good layout and well appointed. Only blemish on the property is the 9am checkout. I get cleaning is required but when you dont supply sheets and towels, a later checkout would make the exit process easier.

This property is probably better for people staying for longer periods, as you need to bring all your own amenities, including a dishwashing sponge/cloth. It was a lot of stuff to acquire/bring for a very short stay.

Only problem we had was the bedroom walls didn't really keep the internal noise out and you could hear the toilet being flushed. Apart from that we had a very nice stay.
