Positive: Cozy little room, daily cleaned and provided with fresh towels, shampoo and shower gel. We give: - 10 for the location of the hotel. Can't ask for a better one. - 10 for the personell. Very helpful and open to all our requests. - 7 for the room because of the size and sink location

Negative: Room quite small, but that wouldn't have been an issue if the sink was not in the actual room. That presented to be uncomfortable for my wife that wanted to get some extra sleep in the morning, and I had to have the morning routine. Even so, I would come back to this location.

Positive: The hotel is very cozy, as a solo female traveler it was extremely safe. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to be accommodating. Very clean and the amenities were very nice.

Negative: They gave me a room on the last floor where the fire exit is, I had to take the elevator to the last floor then take the stairs to get to my room Plus my room itself had a the fire exit and there's a door leading to the back stairs kinda kept me up all night just paranoid

Positive: The hotel is well located. It's about a block from public transportation that opens up the city. The elevator was welcome. It worked quickly and efficiently. The staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The housekeeping was perfect. The bed linen was snow white, crisp and fresh. The towles were changed daily. The glass on the shower was spotless every day. They work hard to make it nice.

Negative: The appearance of the door hardware looked odd. As though they modernized the hardware, but didn't blend the new hardware into the existing situation. That was purely cosmetic.

Summary: Well run, well located, and an excellent value.
