Positive: Just returned from a 2 weeks vacation visiting family in Malta with my two daughters and myself. The location of the apartment was perfect, a 5 minute walk to the sea front, restaurants and links to other amenities and regular bus services. We used BOLT taxis via the App which were perfect. At the bottom of the road was a small minimarket where you could stock up on food /drink supplies - an absolute bonus especially in 34degrees temperature! Firstly, Gordon the owner was brilliant, great communication from start to finish, thoughtful welcome treats on arrival and came to visit to check everything was ok. The apartment had super aircon in each area, it was very clean and had all the mod-cons for a holiday stay. Large dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and large screen tv with Netflix and You tube. The balcony had a large dining table for entertaining and a gas BBQ which was used 3 times, perfect if you just want to stay in! There was a small washroom with a washing machine, perfect for washing holiday clothes or towels. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses and lots of storage for clothing. Both bathrooms were very clean with large shower cubicles. The roof was accessed by a small flight of stairs where the jacuzzi was, great for sunbathing with four loungers and towels provided. Towels, soap powder and dishwasher tablets all provided so you did not have to go out and buy! Recycling is key so there was a rota for which days rubbish was collected. Bags were provided and you left that outside the front entrance for collection which was in the evening as the weather was too hot during the days! Bins were clearly labelled so you knew which day was which! So, I would definitely recommend this apartment for a couple or small family. We loved it and would definitely book again, which we will do next year! Thank you Gordon for everything, we loved it.

Negative: When you arrived on the 5th Floor from the lift, the hall was dark, not very inspiring. It would be better if there was a sensor light that came on automatically as when you first arrive you did not know what to do! Difficult if you had suitcases and luggage.

Summary: Perfect, 10/10, could not vault it.

Positive: This property is absolutely fantastic, excellent location, very clean and feels like new. Everything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable and the hot tub is superb!

Positive: Everything was perfect, and the condition of the flat was immaculate. Gordon, the host, is probably the best host I have ever met. He did everything he could to make our stay amazing and unforgettable. The private hot tub on the rooftop is unique and modern and we really enjoyed it. I have stayed in many places in this area, including 5 star hotels, and it is by far the best accomodation in Sliema. I will definitely book this penthouse again if I need to stay near Sliema/St Julians/Valetta.

Negative: Nothing.
