Negative: With the huge kitchen that invites to cook, huge tables, an awesome barbecue stove on the rooftop there was no salt! We had to search for it among the neighbors, and found a teaspoon of salt on the 3rd try. Another thing that you could provide is a travel kit(shampoo, toothpaste, and a peace of soap). The gel that was in the soap dispensers felt like a cheap soap that doesn’t fit to your luxurious apartment. That would be a nice move of you to provide a travel kit and a better soap. Doesn’t cost much but means a lot to guests.

Positive: It is a great apartment, spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Good facilities (cooking, washing, TV, WiFi etc). The rooftop pool and seating area is good, but not what is described by the photos.

Negative: This has the potential to be a 10/10 property, but some things really made a detrimental difference to our stay: - There are 6 beds, and 6 very flat pillows. It simply isn’t enough, even if all 6 of you sleep on your back. We had to go out and buy more during our stay. - The mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable, and the bedding is polyester. Not in keeping with the rest of the apartment which is very premium. - We were constantly having electrical problems - the breakers kept tripping resulting in trips to the ground floor. Fortunately I worked out how to get everything back up and running quickly, but if you don’t know your business with fuse boxes, you could be without AC for hours. - There was a severe lack of equipment for cooking. No bowls (we ate icecream from mugs), no serving bowls, and the knifes were very blunt. - *everything* needs oiling. You can’t move around the house while others are asleep as all the doors make so much noise when you open them.

Positive: Penthouse is beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. High quality finish and the outdoor area and private pool were just amazing. Location is superb, everything is easily accessible with the main town a 10 minute stroll away. Local host and owner Savva were very responsive to any questions we had or help required. Excellent service and would highly recommend. We will be back!

Negative: Very minor, but mirrors in the bedroom would helpful.

From the moment we walked in, the space felt incredibly spacious, clean, and modern — the floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views that were just stunning, especially at sunset. The private rooftop sea view garden was our favorite spot. It was beautifully landscaped and felt like a little oasis above the city. The private pool was an absolute highlight, well-maintained, and perfect for a quick dip after sightseeing. Positive: The space was exactly as described, actually even better in person. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Positive: Very stylish and unique property at the center of Larnaca. The interior reminds me a New York loft apartment. The roof garden with the private pool and the sea view made our stay an unforgettable experience. Also we really enjoyed the barbecue area next to the pool.
