Negative: Not much other than the outside space in the beer garden was a bit scruffy with abandoned racking and looked like old kitchen equipment.

Negative: Breakfast was not available until 9 am which was disappointing, as we had an early start. The shower gel in the bathroom appeared to be watered down!

Positive: The pub is amazing, good choice of drinks and food is top notch! All the staff are amazing, special mention of the Scottish bar manager, FAN-tastic host and really good fun. Locals also very friendly and lovely atmosphere. Will be back in December.

Positive: Beautiful suite, exceptionally clean, thought out amenities & little touches making it homely yet luxurious. Staff were friendly, responsive & super helpful. We dined at the pub on Sunday for lunch without a booking & despite being busy- they found space for us & the roast was delicious- definitely the best roast dinner we’ve ever had when eating out. The guest house location felt secluded, private & peaceful but it was nice to have the pub round the corner for the delicious food & staff on hand if you needed them. Will definitely be back.

Negative: The radiators were not working but the staff helped by bringing some portable heaters for our nights stay
