This fully remodeled 1930's bungalow is less than 10 mins from the heart of Broadway and downtown Nashville! Abby Gordon designs from floor to ceiling. This is the perfect place for a memorable visit to Nashville.
This house has been a total labor of love for the last 9 months as we've worked over every inch of the space to restore it to glory! Most of the house is brand new, while leaving original features wherever possible, like the pocket doors and fireplaces as well as the bead board ceiling in the back room.
Abby Gordon, known for her simple and elegant style, was commissioned to do all of the interiors and what a job she did! We are confident you will want to extend your visit as soon as you spend a night in this beautiful space.

Summary: We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.

Summary: Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Summary: This home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. It has been restored while keeping all the best details of a historic home, most likely pre-1940 The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances and a sink. Plenty of towels and bath items. Great heating and cooling system. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to rent a home with a great location. The owner, Neal was great and made sure we were happy with our rental.
