Positive: Excellent location for visiting the Everglades, finding restaurants and supermarkets. Parking space. Hypoallergic (100% cotton) sheets. (I'm allergic to polyester.) Welcoming snack basket, water in refrigerator and water dispenser. User friendly, new a/c, 2 tvs, dishwasher, washer/dryer with several pods. Host thought about our comfort. Reasonable rental price for Florida.

Negative: We were happy. There was no outdoor seating, which we did not need this trip.

Positive: The Modern Villa was remodeled and has a very fresh look. Check in instructions were spot on. Location was not too far from Everglades, but traveling outside the Turnpike/toll road is pretty slow. Groceries and other conveniences were nearby. We also really enjoyed having the Neopresso machine and pods! Communicating with Eddie was very easy.
