Summary: One night overnight stay for work. Very small room but did the job. No on site restaurant for dinner but there’s a nandos etc a couple of minutes walk away. I was disappointed to be shown to my room on the very top floor for the man who escorted me not to ask if I needed help with my bags - this wasn’t a great first impression. The free breakfast is very basic - just croissants and fruit but cute little cafe.

Summary: my room was fantastic. it had a very good shower and bath. the bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. the room layout was perfect and the fixtures and fittings were very stylish. breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff working in the hotel were lovely. oh. great coffee too. i would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting warrington, or even visiting manchester if you fancy a great hotel away from the city centre. the hotel is a two minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute train to manchester.

Summary: The renovations and housekeeping were fantastic. Rooms are accessed via stairs only, so not recommended for unfit. Single room was well equipped but compact. Pricing varies per day so can be very expensive

Summary: Very warm and friendly service, cosy, clean and comfortable room. They even put little chocolates on the pillows which was a lovely touch. Delicious breakfast and free parking.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally grand—spacious, elegant, and finished to a very high standard, making for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. What stood out just as much was the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to stay here again.
