Positive: Staff were very nice, helpful and polite, room was easy to get to and more than enough for the stay. Clean, warm, quiet and roomy.

Positive: Loved the room, and that it had a little balcony overlooking a big field!

Negative: It didn’t have air con in the room as it was so hot I did t sleep much

Positive: Amazing breakfast all freshly cooked and amazing selection we also had afternoon tea which was so fresh and just the right amount the waiter Joe and Chef Joe must be congratulated as great members of staff also the leisure facilities were amazing and the swimming pool was huge reception staff were always friendly and spoke as we went past

Negative: Not sure if the air con in the room Was working if it was it wasn’t making much of a difference room 152 windows are restricted opening so glad we brought our own fans the Chinese manager was very abrupt when they’re was a mix up that our room number wasn’t on the breakfast list we were literally marched to reception to confirm their are ways and means are saying I will check this in a nice way
