Where will I be?
The Palm Tree Cottage is located on the waters-edge of the pristine waters of St George's Basin at Erowal Bay. Erowal Bay is only a five minute drive to Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park, and 7 minutes to Vincentia and 15 minutes to Huskisson.
What is there to do?
Erowal Bay, on the St. Georges Basin, is ideal for many water activities such as Fishing, Prawning, Water Skiing, Swimming, Kayaking; There are local tennis courts for hire. Erowal Bay has a Public Jetty beside the Boat Ramp, so launching and retrieving your boat is safe and easy. The Boat Ramp is only 450 metres down the road. Cycling around the St. Georges Basin offers many picturesque scenes as well as lots of fresh air.
Jervis Bay, within a 10 minute drive, is also renowned for Whale/Dolphin watch cruises; Hyams Beach for its white sandy beaches, National Parks, Botanic Gardens and Historical sites and Museums. There are also dive schools, boat, canoe and scooter hire. Supermarket shopping is available in Vincentia, within 7 minutes' drive. Huskisson is within 15 minutes drive. There are also several golf courses in the area. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants and clubs cater to all tastes and budgets.

Summary: We enjoyed our short stay and the stunning view of this water-front property. It is way more beautiful than than in the pictures. The property is very clean, looks like newly renovated, the sound of the water through out the day is very healing, overall excellent for short stay. A couple things that were uncomfortbale were getting down to the property from someone else's driveway is a bit tricky the first time and there is not enough bin space to throw the trash. Also, bringing your own sheets and towels is cumbersome, especially if people are flying in and not driving. Hiring from the owners is very expensive for 3 or 4 days. Other than that we highly recommend this cottage and will love to stay there again.

Summary: Overall okay stay. House is in a fantastic location, the house was overall quite unclean - inside okay however outside was littered with ciggerate butts and food. The photos include a fireplace,this is no longer in the house and some of the most uncomfortable matresses ive ever slept on.
