Positive: The location of the property was very convenient and they allowed us to check in an hour early. Nice kitchen and the decor was very cute.

Negative: They did not provide us with a parking pass like they were supposed to. We ended up finding parking on the street instead. One of the showers had black mold in it and the floors did not seem very clean/mopped.

Summary: Great location, close to Broadway and close to dining, grocery store etc. in the neighborhood.

Positive: The entrance, with a Nashville marquee sign and a tuned guitar, really made us feel like we’d arrived after a long two day trip. Kitchen was well supplied, living room was inviting ,beds were very comfortable. Lots of indoor distractions for a rainy day - fortunately we didn’t need that!

Positive: I loved the house, very clean, spacious, the beds are very comfortable. But the couch is not comfortable and it's just 1 it was 3 of us so we wld mostly enjoy sitting on the bed coz it was more comfortable and we wld all fit. Other than that it's a great space

Positive: The location is great, surrounded by a wide variety of fantastic food options just minutes away. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, there’s something nearby to suit everyone!

Negative: There were a few minor inconveniences—traffic noise from nearby cars made it a bit difficult to sleep at times, the hot water was inconsistent, and a couple of the cabinets felt a little loose. That said, the place still offered great value for the price. It was a comfortable stay overall, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay at The Outrider by AvantStay. Our unit was extremely clean and it accommodated myself and a few friends. We had a small issue with our central air but an hvac tech came within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. I highly recommend The Outrider and I can’t wait to book with you guys again!

Positive: I enjoyed our stay at The Outrider! I like that we were able to enjoy Broadway (10 min drive) for the touristy pubs but also enjoy hot spots within walking distance. It’s within walking distance to Haraz coffee shop (my fav), BarTaco, and Buds & Brew which we all enjoyed.

Negative: The 2nd floor was much warmer than the others. In addition, the light on the balcony didn’t work. Not anything that would keep me from booking a room here again.

Summary: Outrider outdid itself!
