Positive: Lovely accommodation - everything has been done very well. Good furnishing, heating, air con, etc. Great communication from the owner. Good location close to the centre of Melbourne (short walk from The Spirit Vaults). Very helpful literature about place to eat and drink, routes to walk, places to visit.

Negative: It would be good if much better pillows were provided. These ones were thin, cheap and synthetic. I'd love them to spend a few pounds on some better quality ones, as pillows make such a difference to the quality of sleep.

Summary: Really nice place - I'll definitely stay here again!

Negative: Extractor fan in bathroom ceiling hadn’t been cleaned and had to pick up dog / cat poo from outside the door of the shed where we took ladders out to try to stop the smoke alarm from going off on two occasions (no one had cooked all weekend to cause the alarm to go off!)
