Positive: I stayed at this hotel for business purposes for 3 days and 2 nights. I am a non-vegetarian traveler. The hotel is at a reasonable distance from my business office. Although it is located along a main road, the hotel itself is set further inside, so it is relatively quiet. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all very polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Room: The room was clean, tidy, and free from any unpleasant smells. The bathroom and toilet were also clean and well maintained. The room had good natural lighting, and the air-conditioning worked well with no dust or moldy smell. Restaurant: Meal times are 7:30 am for breakfast and 7:00 pm for dinner. These timings were not ideal for me as a Southeast Asian traveler, but they were still acceptable as part of adapting to local customs. Although the restaurant serves pure vegetarian food, the dishes were very good — especially the naan and Kaju Curry, which I highly recommend. Room service offers some non-vegetarian options, though the choices are limited. I personally prefer not to dine in the room, so I did not try it and cannot comment further, but guests may wish to try. Environment: I visited in January, during late winter. The weather was cozy, with green grass surroundings, which was very pleasant. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a basic gym. The gym is quite simple, but it would be very comfortable to exercise while facing the green rice fields if better equipment were added. The surrounding area mainly consists of rice fields and undeveloped land, so there are not many places to go nearby — most of the time is spent within the hotel. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available, and the speed is fast and fully acceptable. Payment: Apple Pay is accepted, which is very convenient. Additional note: The hotel is located near an air force base.
Negative: Suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide complimentary bottled mineral water in the room instead of regular drinking water. 2. Improve maintenance and cleaning of the bathroom faucets to prevent rust and water stains. (Still acceptable, but could be improved to a higher standard.)
