Positive: Have made 4 previous visits to this stay. Our son was here for 4 years at the Uni. This occasion we visited Nottingham for the Peter Kay performance. Beautifully designed hotel, staff and rooms, facilities, excellent always. Comfortable quiet.

Negative: On some occasions rooms can be a bit chilly, but this room, 450 had excellent temperature. Breakfast: Staff need to remind guests that buffet closes at 10am. At 10.05 we witnessed the curtains going across and lights going out. Also the free standing tea coffee station switched off. A well made lady with short hair and glasses stood like a sentry by the 3/4 closed curtain. Suddenly 5 male guests realised all was over, and quickly made their way to grab something else. A man went to the free standing coffee station and found it switched off, but a young staff member switched it back on for him.
