Positive: The location is great and the view is amazing. The property has two TVs, but only one was working while the other one we couldn’t turn on.

Negative: Unfortunately, the property was very dirty with sticky floors. We also had to take out our own trash. Upon arrival, we lost an hour trying to find the key because the cleaner didn’t leave it in the key box, causing us quite a bit of trouble. Fortunately, the staff was helpful and brought the key to us.

Positive: Location was very convenient and it was clean.

Negative: Because of the location, there is significant road noise off the Gardiner Expressway. Also, the bed layout was not at all what we expected. We were two in the double bed, one on the cot (fold out chair) and one on the couch, that did not seem to pull out. He had to just sleep on the couch. Zero amenities in the kitchen. Cupboards are completely empty, could not do even basic cooking. No coffee pot.

Summary: Reasonable value for the location.

Positive: The apartment was modern and had all the necessary features. The view was nice. I appreciated the support when I arrived to figure out how to get the keys. The apartment was nice and fairly clean.

Negative: I didn’t like how complicated it felt to get into the building and up to the apartment. The elevators were confusing. The bed was broken as well as a few cupboards and some blinds. The floors had a filmy feeling to them like they weren’t really clean.

Summary: The apartment was nice. Immediate support was great when needed.

Positive: Nice space, clean. Walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, lakeshore and some attractions. Bus stop nearby if using public transportation. Had Wi-Fi access.

Negative: Didn't receive the keycafe code until over an hour after our schedules check-in, delaying our check-in and eliminating our ability to get dinner before the show we had tickets for. The parking garage info didn't come until the next day and the space we were first told was on a nonexistent level and wrong slot. AC was not cooling the room. Fortunately, it cooled down outside enough to be bearable.
