Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Clean and fresh rooms, bedding, and towels. Air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Upstairs panoramic view, kettlebells, kitchen & lounge. 300m radius of everything you need.

Negative: Cockroaches under the sink. They didn’t bother me, and they seemed happy. Mosquitos

Positive: Appartment is large , location is convenient with plenty shops and cafes around . Room facing the street was loud with cars and scooters passing by 24/7 , rear room was quiet . AC worked well . Beach is not far as well . We used to walk to the beach or ,later , rented a scooter and had a three minutes ride to get to the naiharn beach .

Negative: There was Damage Cost List that nobody informed before : not on the policy page , not when taking over the appartment. This list showed penalties and a cost of each item . Starting from broken dish and up to stain on the sheet . The Russian speaking girl who met us , took deposit 500canadian dollar ( 10000Bt) , handed the key , she refused to give a receipt for deposit , and said that appartment is excellent and she left happy . When I moved in with my family , I found the LIST of DAMAGE COST under tv . First , I thought it was some mistake or a joke . I contacted right away the management of the building with broken toilet seat issue, and they confirmed that penalty is real . Then I had to send them a photo that the Damage was not mine , it was from before , that I just got the place . Taking into account that neither manager , nor the girl spoke any English, only Russian, I realized that they will happily charge me any damage cost penalty maximum if I do not straight it up right away , and that I should be very clean as well as my kids . We did our best , I personally mopped the appartmnet , because management DID NOT PROVIDE FREE CLEANING during our 3 week stay .THEY WANTED TO CHARGE 1000BT( ABOUT 45 CANADIAN DOLLARS). Eventually we had only one vine glass broken , I paid the penalty for that . However , it is not convenient atmosphere . Next time I would not agree for this conditions . The funny side I that Booking could not persuade the managers of the building , appartment to be more cooperating about it .
