Summary: We stayed in Villa # 2 and it is wonderful - modern, spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. This location in South Phuket within walking distance of the beach and endless amenities cannot be beat. Our host John is one of a kind and took care of us throughout. We will be back for sure. Summary: The property is well maintained and located in a nice area of Rawai just far enough off a main road to maintain a peaceful setting. We were traveling with a 2 year old and John. the owner, put the safety and well being of he and the rest of our family in the forefront. The pool area has removable fencing that was promptly installed when we arrived and he pointed out the best way to maintain the secure environment. We appreciated John's approach to maintaining communication with us during the entire stay. It was certainly not obtrusive and was merely a "check in" occasionally to see how things were going and to ask if we needed anything. All in all, an excellent stay without any surprises.

Summary: We were a group of 2 families and the villa accommodated us perfectly – plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor living and pool areas were the reason we booked the villa and they absolutely lived up to our expectations. We spent many hours languishing around the pool after getting back from the beach. The property is tucked away down a little road so you really feel a sense of peace and privacy, but you can easily pop to the shops and restaurants which are only 2 minutes away. The location is outstanding, a quick 5 minutes to Nai Harn beach and not too far to get anywhere else on the island. There are so many amazing restaurants in the vicinity, completely spoilt for choice! John, our host who lives on the property, really went out of his way to make us feel welcome. While there were a few minor issues at the villa along the way, John was quick to attend to these. We would definitely recommend this villa.
