Positive: Everything we needed was close-by to where we stayed. Accommodation and facilities were very good, especially the hot tub.

Negative: Availability of parking spaces could have been slightly better. A couple of large cooking pots would have been useful.

Positive: Spacious and clean Situated in a perfect place Hot tub was really nice Beds really comfy Great parking available Modern Fantastic place to stay

Negative: Wi-Fi is terrible and owner said don’t use hot tub after 22:00 due to neighbours which I think you should be aware of before booking

Summary: Ideal for a short stay, comfy, cosy and hot tub was fantastic, wifi is poor though which is a shame in 2025

Positive: Great location very central in Chesterfield. Good size house and rooms, well eqipped kitchen - even with pkwtes etc for children. We were very comfortable and would definitely would stay there again.

Positive: Nicely appointed property - good sized bedrooms, kitchen and lovely outdoor area. The spa was awesome! Host was also accomodating when asked to provide heaters as the main heating had been turned off for the summer (except it wasn’t really summer yet! Well not when you’re from warmer climates 😀)

Negative: Possibly our expectations, but we had to buy extra toilet roll, there were no dishwashing tablets provided and no soaps or toiletries etc in the bathrooms. Also they didn’t provide towels for using the spa and we were told not to use the bath towels. Just little touches that would have made it perfect had they been incorporated.

Summary: Lovely place in a great location, just needs a few more finishing touches to be perfect
