Positive: Absolutely delightful little cabin! Lovely and clean and the owner was so lovely! Fab assortment of goodies left for me and my dog too! Great location for some lovely dog walking trails, just booked again, so looking forward to coming back!!

Positive: We provided our own breakfasts, but tea, coffee & milk provided, plus a large box of delicious biscuits. The kitchen was stocked with a large amount of beautiful crockery and cooking utensils. The host lived nearby and was able to give advice on local facilities, and had also provided an excellent folder full of a variety of information and a cupboard full of family games, books etc. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Can't think of anything!!

Positive: Cedar Holme is in a beautiful location, the views are really breathtaking. Our host was really thoughtful, she left us lots of treats as well as tea, milk & coffee. All the things we needed and more. The house was really well equipped including books & games. Also immaculately presented & very clean. I would highly recommend a stay here

Positive: Absolutely everything!! Simone is the most generous and thoughtful host we've ever encountered in any of the places we've stayed in the UK. The lodge is exceptionally clean, comfortable and cosy. The sofas are chunky and very relaxing to sit on, and the beds are so comfy too. The lodge is very well equipped - Simone has thought of everything, so dining is done with ease. The location is excellent for visiting the Peak District, Chesterfield, and other towns and cities, eg, Sheffield, are very accessible. We'll definitely be back!

Positive: The owner provided generous provisions which were much appreciated. It was nice to see salt & pepper, cooking oil, also provided. We arrived on a cold day, the heating was on and the owner called to check we were satisfied. We highly recommend this home, we hope to return. This is a beautiful area with many attractions within an hours drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Positive: Cedar Holme was cozy, clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful decor inside and outside, a fantastic garden and grounds. Plenty of parking easily for 2 cars. Cedar Holme is situated next to mature woodland perfect for dog walking and evening strolls. Close to local shops and park all within a 5 min walk. Everything we needed was provided in the well equipped kitchen and bathroom was provided including fluffy towels and complementary shower gel and shampoo. Fantastic welcome pack provided that was so thoughtful and considerate included everything needed to help us settle with a drink and biscuits after a long journey. Even furry friend was welcomed with their own welcome pack! The views across fields to Chesterfield are the best I've ever seen and the outdoor seating spot made a perfect place to sit and watch the birds and horses whilst enjoying peace and tranquility. Our host Simone was amazing and so welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful.
