Positive: Accommodation is very well presented and thoughtfully stocked with all essentials

Negative: The mattress in Room 4 was a little softer than is our preference but we are 2 folk with bad backs!! so no worries

Positive: Ground level property . Compact facilities and clean Nice friendly chap (Ben) very helpful.

Negative: Found key box very difficult to use No anti slip mat in shower so couldn’t use it. Too much beer in fridge, some food items would have been more useful especially if arriving late and wishing to eat.

Positive: It's a lovely place, very cosy and well equipped. The room is very spacious, we had a very comfortable stay. Short drive from the city centre.

Negative: The communication with the property could have been better. We used some things from the mini-bar, and assumed we will get charged automatically, as this is what it said on the note. Instead, I got sent a payment request link to my personal WhatsApp, with no context to what this was about, which wasn't a great experience.
