Summary: The breakfast was great on the whole, although I would’ve liked a wider array of cheeses on offer and cold cuts of meat. It was really pet friendly and I brought my cavapoo so thank you. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the sales manager and the front reception staff. They were very keen to help. I was really impressed with the location and the grounds which was ideal for doggies and the vintage heritage railway station and classic trains just round the corner at was a wonderful surprising bonus.

Summary: There was a slight confusion with the room allocation, which the reception staff on Friday evening rectified with consideration and courtesy. The room was prepared to a very high standard. Our stay was for two night's (bed/breakfast). The buffet style breakfast was to a very high standard, fresh and hot. All the hotel staff were courteous, polite and deticated to delivering a perfect customer experience. Would recommend this hotel very highly.
