Positive: The location was easy to locate with adequate parking and was situated close to a local shop. The staff were polite and helpful. General first impressions upon entering the property were positive.

Negative: This property could benefit from investing in some kind of sound proofing solution. Whilst every other visitor has paid for their stay, the very least of expectations would be to not feel as though you're sharing your room with strangers. TV's and conversations could easily be heard through the walls for example. Further to this, the individuals in the room next to us were being 'intimate' and unfortunately this was quite audible and kept me awake for an additional hour. In the second room that formed part our booking, the right hand side of the bed was collapsed... it appears as though both the mattress and slats had been damaged. My question is, how long has this been like that, and why hasn't the bed frame and mattress been replaced in time for the next customer? I'd much rather sleep on own sofa before paying to sleep on a broken bed.

Summary: For the purpose of overnighting, this place will suffice. If you value sleep, I wouldn't recommend.

Positive: Staff were very accommodating and very friendly indeed, couldn't have asked for more, maybe should have but they had already done so much.

Negative: The room was a bit too smaller in size than I anticipated and in a corner right next to a main corridor entrance from the upper floor. This meant you felt the door bang after anyone passed through the doors. It wasn't a total disaster but it was enough to spoil it from being perfect or close.
