Positive: Where to start! This glorious little cottage is located along a fairly remote single track road. The only traffic was from the locals and a farmer in a tractor 🚜. It was so peaceful both day and night. Rachel and Mark, the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. You can go and see the animals who are gorgeous. I got to help bottle feed the lambs, I loved it ❤️. As for the attention to detail inside, all of the soft furnishings were beautifully chosen and very complimentary to the cottage. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were airy and light. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, kitchen roll, tea, pods for the coffee machine. There were 6 fresh eggs of different colours from the Bantam hens, there is more yolk than white, which is amazing. Rachel had left a sweet treat for us and a small bottle of fresh milk and some bottled water. Perfection doesn't even come close to describing this little Old milking parlour, it's been renovated to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend it. I didn't want to leave. Thank you Rachel and Mark.

Positive: We had a really lovely stay here. The Milking Parlour was beautifully furnished and decorated and Rachael was an excellent and thoughtful host. My daughters and their friend really enjoyed feeding the angora goats, lambs and the pigs. It was a shame to have to leave.

Positive: From the moment I arrived, I felt at home, relaxing, quaint, and stunning location . The let had everything you could need from a comfortable stay , all the amenities along with quirkiness of being an old milking parlour . - comfortable beds - clean and sizable bathroom (shower is a great size ) - kitchen with all the appliances you could need to cook up a storm - TV, entertainment boardgames , books , outdoor space a peaceful time away from ipads and computers (WiFi available ) but don't tell the kids Beautiful home produced eggs for breakfast made for a fantastic protein boost before my hikes ... I won't lie I ate them all ! Your hosts are friendly and full off knowledge and guidance and made me feel so welcome .

Negative: It is a single track to the let but I didn't encounter any issues with oncoming traffic and the views along it as the sun comes up and goes down is all you will be thinking about

Positive: Hospitality was exceptional with the host meeting us on the lane heading into town and turning around to make sure there was no problem checking in. Magnificent views around the property that has been done up superbly and only a 10 - 15 minute drive into Llandovery. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
