Positive: Location is very special, right on the seashore, with wonderful views across the water from sunroom. Comfortable, cosy cottage with great character. In the heart of the village of Port Appin, close to shop and Pier House Hotel, where the food is exceptional, and only a stones throw from the Lismore Ferry. But it was quiet and private in the house and the garden.

Positive: This is a lovely, traditional cottage which is a stones throw from the water's edge. Lots to do within driving distance. A pub/restaurant in walking distance and a shop across the road. Excellent communication from the owner.
