Positive: Location was great for the festival we were working on. Very easy to access the property and close to facilities. Pub across the road was good although it had run out of beer! Booking for food was needed too.
Negative: It is on the the main A12 so there is traffic noise. It is quiet at night, during the day it is busy though. Be aware that there are some very low beams in the property. Not really an issue as long as you keep the lights on at night!
Summary: Good stay which was much better than the usual Premier Inn

Positive: This is a beautifully perfect property to make memories with family. The owners were so kind and attentive, the home was beautifully clean. 4 generations in the house together for the Easter week and it couldn’t have been any better!!!

Positive: Ambience, character, well equipped, lovely garden and garden room, comfy beds and great kitchen. Good parking. Closeness to the pub! Situated on main road so easy access to most places- quite central for the coast. 1 minute from the Southwold turn. Nice views of Blythburgh and the church bells rang out.
Negative: The spiral stairs were the only bugbear. A child gate stopped the dog falling down them, but they were steep and narrow, meaning luggage had to be taken around the front of the house to go through the small door there.

Positive: Amazing place with enough equipment for a large group. We were three. Large bedrooms and each had own bathroom. Bright cheerful comfortable. Good parking. Well placed for walks etc.
Negative: The staircase is very hard to use.
Summary: Glad we stayed there. Very unusual place while remaining comfortable
