Positive: Property is set in a scenic surrounding of the Peak District on a functioning Farm with Animals. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything that you need. Two Bathrooms which is ideal for families. You have a parking space allocated right next to the property. Free WiFi. Sitting room has a TV with a lovely view of the back garden and a Log Fire Place and wood provided. Garden has seating area and table along with a Gas BBQ. Lovely host who cares about your stay and on hand for any questions.
Negative: As its set in the country side, every room has spiders crawling around. If you have kids who are scared of spiders you will need to spend some time clearing the room before you get comfortable.
Summary: Beautiful Scenic Surrounding in a Quiet Place

Positive: Great cottage with super comfortable beds and sofas. Very well equipped kitchen and the generous little extras in there made us feel very welcome. Lovely little bench/outside space where we sat each evening for drinks. Nothing very close by in terms of food/drink but a short drive into Edale to the Nags Head where the food is phenomenal - highly recommend the full English!! Great location for several walks - we did Jacob's Ladder and Kinder Scout on this occasion which was brutal!
Negative: It was really warm in the living room area as it was in full sun with a floor to ceiling window but we had a lovely area to sit outside. Being able to open the sky lights would have been great but they didn't seem to want to budge - could have been me just not knowing how to do it though! TV kept buffering whilst trying to watch a film on Netflix one night - could have been the wifi was a little off. Absolutely zero phone signal but sometimes it's just nice to be off grid! :-)
Summary: Charming farm house cottage with excellent amenities and fabulous location
