Positive: Access was easy. There was only 1 towel for 2 of us, fast response was great and access given to the laundry cupboard. Didn't end up using them as checked out a day early.

Negative: The busy main road was right outside the bedroom and the street lights flooded in so room wasn't very dark despite drawing the blind and curtains. We didn't sleep at all. Location wasn't as near to town as we had hoped. We moved out after the first night to the Premier Inn for £60. Bottle in the shower empty and carpet not fitted properly causing a trip hazzard. The pillow protector was filthy when we stripped the bed.

Positive: Spacious and beautifully presented, this would be very comfortable for a couple staying a few days. Great value for money. The owner acted very decently over an issue with a broken boiler, just one of those things giving a prompt and generous refund
