This elegant Victorian mid-terraced home offers ideal contractor or family accommodation in the heart of Chorley which has been thoughtfully arranged over three levels, extending to in excess of 1,860 square feet – large enough to dwarf many of its detached counterparts - which includes four double bedrooms, three reception rooms and three bath/shower rooms (main bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom and joint ensuite to attic bedrooms.
We also provide towels for guests, tea, coffee and other kitchen items so please feel free to help yourself to the items in the kitchen (i.e. tea, coffee etc). Please just ensure that you put everything back in the cupboard where you found it when you leave.
Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrive.
Please clean up after yourself and put everything back where it was when you arrived.
Please dispose of all of your rubbish and food items when you check out of the house on your final day including emptying all bins used during your stay.

Summary: This holiday was for my family including 3 teenagers and my elderly father. The owners supplied plenty of masks/sanitiser and a few other goodies which was much appreciated. A good base with a lovely park nearby. The only small niggle we had was the WiFi dropped out a few times which was a bit frustrating, otherwise would highly recommend.

Summary: We booked this property while we were visiting friends near Chorley. The house is very big, which was great with a family of 5, with a holiday rental style of decor and flat screen TVs in each room. It is near Astley Park which the children loved (it has a great play area).

Summary: We had a lovely time staying in this clean and spacious property. The beds are comfortable and it was great to have the use of 3 bathrooms. The owners answered all our queries and requests promptly and were extremely helpful in accommodating our various requests. The property was perfect for our needs and we would recommend to others.
