Positive: Decor was really nice and lovely linen. Very clean and fresh.

Negative: The shutters look really nice but they do let light in and with the headlights of the cars this was noticeable.

Summary: Very comfortable, perfect location for us to see friends.

Positive: Lovely room,very clean,good night's sleep. Breakfast was great,good choice of pasties and cereal. Would stay again.

Negative: No door between bedroom and tea area,the light is on a sensor and did go of a few times at night which can disturb sleep. Other than that no other issues. You can't order drinks and take to your room as advertised in description.

Summary: Lovely b&b well worth a visit.

Positive: Super friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast. Very nice decor. Great location. Great location for Sandringham House.

Negative: Road a little noisy at night so had to shut window but fan was provided so slept well.
