Positive: Lovely warm comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Very clean with nice décor. Comfy beds with nice quality linen. Continental style breakfast to eat as you please. Hosts were very accommodating with delayed arrived due to weather and doing the Barry Island Parkrun on Saturday morning to be able to shower afterwards. Great directions provided for driving to the property and well worth following these as the approach from the other direction is very pretty, but narrow country lanes with sharp bends!

Negative: The gateway is a bit tricky to get in in the dark as quite narrow, but the hosts recommend reversing in and then parking which works well. Shower nice and hot once the right setting was found, just took a few minutes to sort out.

Summary: Very cosy, would definitely stay there again

Negative: Bed was not overally comfortable and noises above in the roof kept me awake. Driveway parking wasnt the best to negotiate. Especially when dark.
