Negative: Some of the restaurant staff had no idea. Asked for a table was told pick anyone if it's dirty come tell me and I'll come clean it Some were fine but others didn't have a clue what they were doing. In the room the bath shower seal grout very dirty The lot mirror over sink needs checking lights don't work on right hand side The lights going to room work on sensors the one outside room 9 wasn't working so pitch black getting into room Just tired room needs updating
