Positive: Fantastic hotel and grounds....bars and restaurants very nice. Evening meal in the rafters restaurant was very nice and food was excellent.

Negative: Service in the rafters could of been better. Slightly slow to follow up on beverage and desert orders.

Positive: Lovely staff. Room was dated but clean and quiet. Nice bar area.

Negative: Rooms need modernising badly. Digital room door entry didn't work (staff admitted they rarely do!). No pen or writing pad in room. Breakfast buffet more holiday camp than 5* hotel. Far too many guests wandering around restaurant and bar areas in dressing gowns.

Positive: Absolutely stunning hotel and room. So spacious with a gorgeous little balcony. Huge comfy bed.

Negative: No herbal teas in the room is the only thing that I would have liked to have seen.

Positive: We have stayed here numerous times and the staff are always very helpful, the grounds are well maintained, always clean

Negative: We stayed on floor six, sadly it didn’t meet our expectations this time around, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks ( table service) so couldn’t even get our own, seemed to have limited staff quite a few people were not happy, long waiting , and breakfast was slow to refill the hot options. Our evening meal was also disappointing at the Grill but we were given a small discount, service up there was very good, shame food let it down.,

Summary: Sadly not worth staying on signature floor
