Positive: Location whilst very remote was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Everything explained easily upon arrival and hosts were there to help and answer anything when needed. Lovely getaway stay and hope to return again in the future. Enjoying a Wood fired hot-tub in the snow and freezing fog will be a long held memory of this trip

Positive: Wonderful break at this quirky remote cottage . The surrounding country side is beautiful with fabulous views all round. Hot tub is a real bonus and the hosts are a lovely couple who couldn’t do enough for us . All in all a great find .

Positive: The cottage was in a very remote location which was just right for us as we had gone to relax. Lots of walks fantastic scenery and the lovely wood burning hot tub. About 7 miles from the nearest town which was Helmsley but ideal for Thirsk Malton Pickering visits etc. Lots of local markets and good pubs in Helmsley especially the Brewery. Lovely outdoor swimming pool in Helmsley.

Negative: It did not bother us but very steep stairs to bedroom and low beams..

Summary: Great hosts/quirky and remote and we have booked again as the peace is lovely.

Positive: It was in beautiful surroundings hosts were helpful. Everything in the back kitchen was amazing lovely and relaxing and cozy. The hosts had literally thought of everything. Absolutely amazing stay.

Positive: The hosts were available to welcome us and made themselves available to make our stay enjoyable. The serene atmosphere was just what we needed for a relaxing break. The hosts made sure that everything was in the cottage for us ie towels, cleaning stuff and tea coffee milk

Negative: The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the good points out weighed this
