Positive: The annexe was a beautiful home for us for a week, while visiting family in the area. It is completely secluded and private yet still close to Dorking town-center. We often walked through The Nower, which was beautiful to be around. The property & the hosts are exceptional. The flat/living space is small cozy but has everything you need. All brand new appliances. Well kept, & very clean. We worked while our stay, the wifi was good, no issues. I think once the weather is warmer (starting May) it might be even better with using the patio space. We'll definitely be back.

Negative: Nothing really. Just need to know that you will be walking approx 15-20 minutes to town center. Coming back is a bit of a uphill (be prepared). Having a car might be useful or if bikes are available for rental that would be a plus :) We really loved the space and the grounds.
