Positive: The warmth service by the hotel staff. Very welcoming upon arrival and made my kids very happy with the gifts. The fact that they did the check in and admistrative process in our room as my family settled in was fantastic. Rooms were in top condition. Every detail was thought of. Butler service was very helpful.

Negative: Maybe some kids activity to accommodate families.
