Positive: The house was a good size to accommodate a large group. Plenty of sitting areas. 3 bedrooms. Tvs in all bedrooms and the family room. The host was accommodating and friendly. Very responsive. Washer and dryer are available, but there are no detergent or dryer sheets, so these features are of no use. Several places to eat nearby and close to the highway.

Negative: The bed in the main room was very hard. The toilet in the main bathroom was extremely small and very low. The backyard was big, but not anywhere we felt comfortable sitting and hanging out. There is a fence on 2 sides of the yard, so travelers with a dog need to keep your pet leashed. The basketball was stuck under the outdoor porch area under a shed. There is no dishwasher. Listing states coffee bar, but it's a coffee maker, sweetener, and only 3 coffee cups. 2 ice trays but no ice maker.
