Positive: Remote Stars at night are incredible Easy to pitch a tent pick a spot in the circles. Bbq Little out house bar and garden

Negative: Maybe a plug outside to pump up beds! One in the toilet but when someone in there it cant be used.

Positive: Like many other guests, we felt The Oaks was a great place to stay for a few days. We decided to make our tent in one of the designated areas on the campsite and we loved it. Perfect location near the beaches in North Norfolk and not too far from Norwich. It provided everything we needed, including a shower and toilet, a communal area including a fridge and a microwave. Very quiet place surrounded by beautiful scenery from our tent. Totally recommended and we would repeat it if possible!

Positive: From the moment I got there it was amazing just what I needed. Everything was beautiful, the grounds the little details that had been used to make it perfect. Brought back memories of when u used to play in my grans garden everything so natural and perfect. A home from home. The hosts were perfect too just beautiful people who have worked so hard to make a beautiful home for others to enjoy to. Will Def be back within a few weeks

Positive: Lovely peaceful spot with a west facing aspect Full of plants and wildlife but handy for the village and local pub. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Loved the chickens 🐔🐔🐔 too!

Negative: Just one flushing toilet and shower but you can also use the compost toilet if necessary. Electric hook-up is available but not advertised.

Positive: We stayed in May for 2 nights and had sole use of the lovely cosy club house, garden and bbq cooking area. Hosts Dave & Emma gave us 10 out of 10 hospitality and made our holiday. Holkam beach is a 25 minute drive away and is a superb 3 miles stretch of sand, 500m wide with a super coastal path. We went wild swimming in the waves and walking in the dunes along the coastal path. Shopping and the Globe pub in Wells was fun.

Positive: Found this little gem on booking.com, I’ve never seen a tent pitch advertised on there before, my signal wasn’t great and looking for camping down south isn’t easy, so many restrictions compared to up north, what a relief it was to find this place. I was booked in for a tent pitch but when I arrived and saw the little cabins, I couldn’t resist. The bed was super comfy, the facilities were great, much more than I expected, it’s certainly great value for money. I’d definitely go back, it’s a lovely place, the communal space is really well done, ideal to book up with friends or if you’re on your own. Emma and Dave are a lovely couple, great hosts, very welcoming and down to earth. I loved my stay, would go back in a heartbeat :-)

Negative: I honestly can’t think of anything, the only issue for me was that I could only stay one night :-/
