Positive: Excellent cottage in a great location in the country side. The cottage was very clean and extremely well equipped with plenty of dishes, plates and utensils for cooking. We received a welcome package with bread, milk, eggs (from the onsite chickens) which was a lovely surprise. There was a separate enclosed field outside next to the animals for our dogs to run around in which was very handy! The bedrooms were very well furnished and had very comfortable beds. There were 3 showers in the cottage which was handy for us all getting ready to head out in a morning. We visited at the start of a heatwave in the UK so the outdoor patio was just what we needed in an evening, with comfortable furniture and umbrella to give us some shade. The cottage also had a gas BBQ which we could have used but didn't on this occasion. The cottage had plenty of parking (we took 2 cars) outside the front door, which made unloading a breeze. Thank you to Maddy our host who was very friendly, with nothing being too much trouble and was very responsive when we asked her any questions via text, we will be visiting again in the future.

Positive: The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. It was a home from home. We had a lovely stay here for three nights. It was very clean and well maintained and plenty of hot water for showers and baths. We ate in the garden on the comfortable table and seating under the huge umbrella awning which we had to put up when it rained.

Negative: The cockerel was a bit noisy early in the mornings. The Cottage is called The Dairy, not cosy cottage so we were a bit confused when we arrived so I think you should get that changed.

Summary: An ideal cottage for sightseeing in Norfolk.

Positive: Great renovated cottage, very comfortable and not far from everything in a beautiful little village. I would definitely be happy to go back as very spacious and perfect for a big family or 3 couples.

Negative: Not didn't like but the livingroom was a bit outdated compare to the whole cottage and sometimes strong smell of goats, but make sense as they are next to it.
