Positive: The place was clean and quite spacious, was easy to collect the keys. Was within easy reach to restaurants, University for the Creative Arts and grocery stores.. like the ambience and had all necessary items to cook your own food etc ..

Negative: However, when I made the reservation through 1. bookings.com they confirmed I will not have to pay any amount at the property yet the property insisted that I should pay additional 200GBP as security deposit in order to share check in details which will be refunded..I was traveling solo and had no option but to pay. I’ve checked out and informed the host to confirm the date for refund but haven’t heard anything yet 2. The heaters were off on the 2nd day despite the heavy rainfall. Post informing the host of this they had set the room temperature to 38c the next day.. thought they messaged I can adjust the temperature by my self it was impossible and someone had done the changes either by entering the apartment while I was out or remotely ..I’ve the pictures and videos as evidence

Summary: It was a good and comfortable stay except for the two points which I’ve written above.

Positive: Location was ideal, well equipped apartment, comfy bed.

Negative: There was a lot of forms to fill out prior to arrival which was unusual to me, having stayed at a lot of places over the last 5 months with work and never been asked to do that. It took the ease out of it and it may put me off booking again.
